What it needs from you
You provide the knowledge (practice areas, how a consultation works, hours, directions, what to bring), the number or email that should hear about callers who need a person, and the contact for alerts. If you want people to keep dialing the number they know, most carriers can forward its calls to your Lina number. That forwarding is a feature of your phone company’s service, set up with them; Lina doesn’t move your existing line. If you forward it, the number you give Lina for urgent calls must be a mobile or desk phone — never the line you forwarded to Lina.
Eljae is not for client files or anything privileged: it answers from the public-facing information you give it, and it does not see your calendar or your matters.
