Are these the real prices?
Yes. Checkout charges the price shown. The stated usage is included, and we do not add surprise overage fees. We agree on a price first if you need more.
How does paying yearly work?
Pay for the year up front and you're only charged for 10 months — 2 months free: Starter $490/yr, Pro $990/yr, Complete $3,490/yr.
How does phone billing work?
We set up and run the phone service. Included minutes each month: Pro with 100 and Complete with 300. Extra calls stop at the limit unless you ask us to add more.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. To switch plans, email support@linasystems.org — moving up happens right away (Stripe adjusts the charge), and moving down happens at your next renewal. Billing in the Command Center is where an account administrator updates the card, sees invoices, or cancels.
How do I get my own web address on the Complete plan?
It comes with the Complete plan, and we set it up with you. Tell us the web address you want (like help.yourbrand.com); you add the settings we send you wherever you bought your domain, and we finish the connection and the secure certificate. Your yourname.linasystems.org address keeps working the whole time.
What does the Complete plan’s done-for-you setup include?
We load in your knowledge, tune the bots to sound like you, and set up your custom domain with you, plus a setup call and priority email support at support@linasystems.org — we reply within one business day. You get the finished system instead of building it yourself.
What's the difference between the editions and the plans?
Plans decide what you pay and which features are unlocked. Editions (Campaign or Business) decide how your assistant starts out — its tone, common questions, and starting knowledge. You pick both when you sign up, and the edition doesn't change the price.
What is the white-label option, and what does it cost?
It's your own dedicated system on its own infrastructure, fully under your own domain, that we build and run for you. Because it's a custom project, we quote it for your specific organization — contact us and we'll work out the scope with you.
Can I try it first?
