About 90% of making it yours is content you set up in the dashboard with no coding — your name, colors, links, and a few pages of starting knowledge. The remaining 10% is a small, one-time setup: on Pro and Complete your phone number is set up automatically, and we'll help with the rest if you'd like.

We show you the public chat, the AI phone agent that's always on, the help library that fixes its own mistakes, the combined customer record, and the full Command Center dashboard — all one connected system, built on your knowledge.

When you're ready, sign up: it takes a few minutes, and your space is ready as soon as your payment goes through. How fast can we go live?
You can set it up yourself in the dashboard: add your knowledge, and on Pro and Complete we set up your phone number. Want a hand? Book a free setup call. Making it yours is content you set up in the dashboard, no coding: name, colors, links, knowledge. On Complete, we do it for you.
Whose brand is it under? Who owns the data?
Yours, fully. Each customer gets their own sealed space — your data, your brand. It starts out plain, as "Your Organization," and becomes entirely yours through the dashboard: the public site, the phone line, and the admin console itself.
Can I try it before deciding?
Yes. Talk to Eljae with the chat button at the bottom right or on the phone line. Both run on our own Lina account, the same system customers get, and we'll also set up a walkthrough on your own brand before you have to decide anything.
What do we need to provide to start?
The basics of your brand (name, colors, logo), a few pages of content or your website address to start the knowledge base, and who on your team should get logins and alerts. You don't need an AI account or a phone account — we provide the AI and, on Pro and Complete, a phone number.
