Editions

Two versions, one system. Pick the one that's you.

Lina is one platform with two ready-made setups. Campaign is built for elections; Business is built for the front desk. Both use the same self-correcting knowledge system, the same 24/7 phone agent, the same Command Center dashboard, and the same fixed safety rules — only the focus and the defaults change. You're not picking a different product. You're picking which version of the same system runs under your name.

One system, two versions. You pick one when you sign up — and every change has to pass our automated tests and a scan for leaked passwords before it goes live.

Same engine, two presets

Campaign and Business, compared

Both versions include a public AI chatbot, a self-correcting knowledge base, a Command Center dashboard with different access levels for staff, and the core platform — these come with every plan. What's different is the focus, the default setup, and who each one is built for.

Built for the ballot

Campaign

The same system, kept fully political — voter guides, endorsements, routing people to the right district, helping volunteers find their way, and donation flows. It collects each visitor's name, email, phone, and ZIP code for the voter file; a phone line answers voter questions 24/7 and can transfer a caller to a real person; the staff AI writes in the candidate's own first-person voice.

  • Who it's for: Campaigns, committees, and political nonprofits.
  • Voter guide, endorsement, and donation questions, all handled in the public chatbot.
  • Circle, one contact list: chat, phone, and email contacts merged into one voter file.
  • The staff AI (MIND) writes as the candidate, in their own voice.
  • Available on every plan — Starter is $49/mo; the phone agent and staff AI come with Pro at $99/mo.
Built for the front desk

Business

The same system, with all politics removed: a support chatbot, an AI phone front desk, and one combined customer record. The Business edition starts with no political features from day one; the staff AI writes as The Voice — your owner or principal.

  • Who it's for: Small and medium businesses, service organizations, and nonprofits that aren't political.
  • A support assistant with no politics — no voter, endorsement, or donation features.
  • A customer database with one record per person, covering chat, phone, and email.
  • The staff AI (MIND) writes as The Voice — your owner or principal.
  • Same plans, same prices — the edition changes how it starts out, never what you pay.

Feature by feature

What's included in each version

The same set of tools, set up two different ways. Compare the political version against the version with no politics.

Campaign

Built for the ballot

The public chatbot handles voter guide, endorsement, and donation questions, and collects each visitor's name, email, phone, and ZIP code for the voter file.

An AI phone agent answers voter questions any time of day or night, and connects the caller to a real staff member when a question is unclear or sensitive (this is the AI Phone Agent module).

Circle combines every channel into one record per person, removes duplicates, and lets you export the data, with each export controlled and logged.

The staff AI (MIND) writes email and memo drafts that sound like the candidate, in their own voice (this is the Staff AI module).

The AI Website Editor comes with every plan — redesign your public website just by describing what you want in plain English, no developer needed.

Business

Built for the front desk

The public chatbot is a support assistant with no politics — it still collects visitor info the same way, but has no political features.

An AI phone front desk answers your line any time of day or night, bases its answers on your knowledge base, and brings in staff when needed (this is the AI Phone Agent module).

A customer database combines chat, phone, and email into one record per customer, removes duplicates, and lets you export the data.

The staff AI (MIND) writes drafts as The Voice — your owner or principal (this is the Staff AI module).

The AI Website Editor comes with every plan — redesign your public website just by describing what you want in plain English, no developer needed.

Capability by plan

What you get at each level

Every capability comes with a plan — the same three plans you'll see at checkout: Starter at $49/mo, Pro at $99/mo, Complete at $349/mo. Both editions cost the same.

Capability Starter · $49 Pro · $99 Complete · $349
Public AI Chatbot
Knowledge + Command Center
AI Phone Agent
CRM + Email ingestion
AI Website Editor
Staff AI (MIND)
White-glove setup + custom domain

The phone agent answers on a phone number we provide for your organization. Pro and Complete include a set number of minutes each month, and calls stop at that limit, so there's never a surprise per-minute bill. To move up or down a plan, email support@linasystems.org — moving up happens right away, moving down at your next renewal.

How you switch

Start small — add more as you grow

Start on Starter, move up to Pro when you want the phone agent and staff AI, and to Complete when you want everything done for you. Upgrading is one email to support@linasystems.org — nothing gets rebuilt, and your knowledge, contacts, and dashboard carry straight over. There are no setup fees, and paying yearly gives you 2 months free.

Switching from one edition to the other just changes the defaults — it's not a migration, and it doesn't cost anything. The same system carries over your knowledge base, contacts, and Command Center dashboard when you switch.
