What it needs from you
You provide the knowledge (hours, areas, how to get started, the listing facts you want shared), the agent’s number that should hear calls that need a person, and the contact for alerts. If you want people to keep dialing the number they know, most carriers can forward its calls to your Lina number. That forwarding is a feature of your phone company’s service, set up with them; Lina doesn’t move your existing line. If you forward it, the number you give Lina for urgent calls must be a mobile or desk phone — never the line you forwarded to Lina.
Eljae answers from the information you give it. It does not schedule showings and does not see your listing service or your calendar.
