Write your knowledge once: hours, services, directions, what you charge if you want it quoted. The phone line and the chat button on your website both answer from it, so a caller and a visitor hear the same thing.

Website chat is on every plan: one pasted line adds the chat button to your site, or share your help page’s link. Visitors ask in their own words and get answers from your knowledge.
To your staff
When a caller asks for a person, Eljae can put the call through to the number you choose, or take the caller’s name and number and tell your team who to ring back. Transcripts and summaries go to your team.
What it needs from you
You provide the knowledge (hours, services, directions, what you are happy to quote), the number or email that should hear about calls and chats that need a person, and the one line pasted into your website for the chat button. If you want people to keep dialing the number they know, most carriers can forward its calls to your Lina number. That forwarding is a feature of your phone company’s service, set up with them; Lina doesn’t move your existing line. If you forward it, the number you give Lina for urgent calls must be a mobile or desk phone — never the line you forwarded to Lina.
Your plan includes phone minutes each month. Past them, calls ring through to your own phone or voicemail and we email you — nothing more is billed unless you ask for more capacity.
